All our covers are hand-made to order and we aim to dispatch them within 10 working days of your order being placed
We will always endeavour to manufacture our covers with minimal delay however during busy periods we may require the full 10 days and appreciate your patience and understanding for the wait
If your order is urgent please get in touch and let us know - we will try and get your cover made as quickly as possible


Our covers are delivered in the UK by First Class Royal Mail and postage normally takes 1-2 working days
We also deliver Internationally using the Royal Mail Airmail service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to Western Europe and 5-7 working days for delivery to the Rest of the World

To ensure that our team have sufficient time to make the covers up and dispatch them before the relevant Royal Mail recommended last Christmas post dates our last order deadlines for Christmas 2016 are:

◦ Australia and New Zealand: 3 Dec
◦ Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Poland, Finland and Sweden: 7 Dec
◦ USA and Canada: 8 Dec
◦ Austria, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Ireland and Luxembourg: 10 Dec
◦ UK (Standard delivery): 14 Dec
◦ UK (selecting Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed delivery service): 21 Dec

We can not be held responsible for orders that do not arrive ahead of Christmas is they were not ordered before the dates listed above

If you are purchasing a cover that you'd like to arrive before Christmas please ensure that you have fully completed your order, paid in full and sent us a message with all your personalisation request details by the dates listed above

Orders placed before the dates above will be dispatched before the Royal Mail recommended last post dates - however please be aware during periods of high volume deliveries (such as Christmas) postal delays do sometimes occur - so for added peace of mind we would highly recommend selecting a tracked postage service from the delivery options at the checkout so wherever possible you can check the location of your order throughout the postal system

Please note that First Class and Airmail deliveries are untracked and do not require signature upon delivery

However if you would prefer your items to be delivered by a recorded service you can upgrade to one of our Special Delivery options
UK Special Delivery items are sent using the Royal Mail Guaranteed service - this offers offer full tracking throughout the delivery and requires a signature upon arrival
International Special Deliveries are sent via the Airsure service where possible and International Signed For if Airsure is unavailable. Both services require a signature on delivery and Airsure also offers full tracking capabilities. For a list of the countries that support the Airsure service please visit:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will be glad to provide an exchange or refund if the product is returned unused within 90 days

Please note that unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on customised cases unless they are faulty and that full postage & packaging costs will be charged for all returns or exchanges due to changing of mind or incorrect sizes being ordered. Also please be aware that we do not accept returned goods if they are damaged by the user
